The Faith Over Fear Childbirth Education Group Course is a unique, faith-based program designed to provide you with practical knowledge for birth and beyond. You’ll gain insights into every stage of labor, learn comfort measures like breathing techniques, massage, and optimal labor positions for each stage, and receive guidance on postpartum care. But beyond practical steps, this course will bring you spiritual encouragement to trust in the Lord through it all.

  • Our group childbirth education classes are usually held on a Saturday from 9am–1pm. Once you sign up, we’ll reach out with the confirmed date and details for the next session.

  • The class typically takes about 4 hours start to finish. We will meet from 9am-1pm.

  • This course is beneficial for families preparing for birth in any setting—whether a hospital, birth center, or home birth. We discuss hospital interventions in detail to equip you with knowledge about options and decisions that might arise in that environment. The practical and spiritual preparation offered here though will support you confidently no matter where you choose to give birth.
