Meet Trish Cotto

Trish was born in Poland and came to the United States as an infant, spending most of her life in New York before relocating to St. Johns, Florida in 2022. She has been married to her husband for eight years, and together they strive to keep Christ at the center of their home. They have two sons: Frankie, who is three, and their sweet son Lennox, who went to be with Jesus shortly after he was born. Lennox was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, and Trish and her husband chose to carry him full-term, cherishing the precious time they were given with him.

Trish's journey into birth work began while researching health decisions for her son. She realized how rarely mothers are encouraged to trust their own God-given intuition, which reminded her of feeling unprepared during her own birth experience with Frankie. This stirred a desire to help other women feel informed, supported, and confident. She completed her Professional Labor Doula certification through Contemporary Doulas International in 2024 and is excited to build her doula practice.

Trish believes birth is sacred, transformative, and intentionally designed by God—a reflection of the gospel with strength through struggle and surrender that leads to new life. As a doula, her Christian faith guides her to lead with love, compassion, and humility. She provides calm, consistent care while creating a peaceful environment where each mother's voice, intuition, and choices are honored.
